Practice times:

   U10 :         Monday and Friday, 6:00-7:30 PM
   U12/U14:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 - 7:30 PM,
                    Saturday 9:00-11:00 AM
   U16+:       Monday through Friday, 6:00 to 7:30 PM
                    Tuesday and Friday, 7:00-8:00 AM
                    Saturday, 9:00-11:00 AM

   U12/U14: $500.00
   U16+:      $750.00

   (Non-NBCC user fees/memberships are not included in the NBCC fees)

The six month NBCC Winter Training Program is intended for competitive athletes in all age categories who want to work on improving their strength, flexibility, aerobic capacity and paddling technique over the winter to and prepare for next season.  The U16/U18 program is intended for athletes training for competition at the national and international level and the U12/U14 program is for athletes who are either new to the sport or training to compete at the regional and provincial level. Activities include strength training at the club, cross country skiing, running, swimming, stretching,  ergometer workouts and pool paddling.
