Times:
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays days

Ages:

18 years of age or older

Fee:
$500.00 - Two practices per week
$300.00 - One practice per week

Fees includes coaching, paddles and life jackets, but participants may use their own. Fees do not include the cost of jerseys, other apparel or regattas.

Bonus with sign-up is a Weekend Friendship Paddle - June 21 - June 23.

Dragon Boat paddling at the North Bay Canoe Club is a Recreational Program focused on fun, fitness and friendship.  It is a whole-body workout, great for cardio fitness and strengthening your abs and core.

No previous paddling experience is required but participants must be at least 18 years old and must submit a completed PARQ form before participating.

The NBCC WomeRecreational Dragon Boat Team will participate in two regattas if there is enough interest from the paddlers. The cost of regatta’s are not included in your Dragon Boat Season’s Fee
