High Performance: 14 and older as of January 1, 2026 with significant paddling experience

Development: 12 or older as of January 1, 2026 with prior paddling experience

Intro: 10 or older as of January 1, 2026

High Performance:
   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30 to 7:00 PM

   Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 6:30-8:00 AM
   Saturday, 8:00-10:00 AM
 

Development:      
   Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings 6:30 - 8:00 AM
   Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, 5:30-7:00 PM
   Saturday mornings, 8:00-10:00 AM (optional)
