Women’s Recreational Dragon Boat Pre-season Strength Training

 

Get ready for the spring dragon boat season with our Dragon Boat Weight Program, designed specifically for members of the women’s dragon boat team. This program focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness through a combination of circuit-style training and weight room exercises that support the physical demands of dragon boat paddling.

Each session will include guided workouts aimed at improving core strength, upper body power, and muscular endurance, helping athletes feel stronger and more prepared when the team returns to the water. The program is suitable for all fitness levels and will be led by North Bay Canoe Club Head Coach Justin Rancourt, who will guide participants through safe and effective training.

Fee:  $125.00
